I’m a prenatal and kids’ yoga teacher, childbirth and parenting educator, and Ayurvedic women’s health specialist(oh, and a former assistant preschool teacher!). My mission is to share everything I’ve learned about pregnancy, birth, postpartum care, childrearing, and building secure, connected relationships with your children—all in one place.
I’m here to provide unbiased, factual information so you can make informed, empowered decisions on your parenting journey, no matter where you are today.
My journey into the world of parenting and childbirth began in January 2018 when I became an assistant preschool teacher. That’s where I first encountered the Circle of Security Parenting course—an eye-opening experience that deepened my understanding of children’s needs and the vital role of a confident, caring adult in nurturing their emotional intelligence, resilience, and self-confidence.
I eventually became a facilitator of the course, and through practice, reflection, and countless conversations, I grew confident in recognizing and responding to each child’s unique needs—while still managing the daily flow of the classroom. This experience also gave me a deep appreciation for how challenging it can be for parents to always interpret and meet their child’s needs, even with the best intentions.
Now, I’m here to support you on your journey—because parenting isn’t about perfection; it’s about understanding, connection, and growth.
